What is graphic design and what does it include?
Graphic design is a process that combines typography and imagery to communicate a specific message.
Can you use art that I already have?
There are certain files that are meant for certain types of projects. We will only work with files that our design software can read.
In any case, we will always ask to review the file to make sure it’s something we can work with. If the file does not meet our technical standards, we will offer a solution to creating the file needed in order to complete the job.
What is an art fee?
Any project needing artwork created will have an art fee. The art fee covers the time it takes us to create and design the art needed to complete your project.
Do you offer cheap graphic design services?
Pricing depends on many variables. Our prices are competitive and fair based on the quality of the finished outcome. Rest assured that you will be paying for quality, original work.
Who owns the copyright for the work Grafika does?
The client has full copyright ownership of any work produced once the final payment has been received. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
How long will it take to have my order completed?
Every project is different so coming to a final design can take time. We will work hard to meet any deadline. This requires complete cooperation by the client.
How can I get an estimate?
The best way to ensure that we get the information and details needed to get an accurate quote is to give us a call or simply stop by our office.
What is a screen set up fee?
A screen setup fee is the cost associated with the creation of a screen used in our press machine to print your artwork on your desired item.
Some projects require more than one screen depending on colors and print placements.
